The President of the Company cares about the customers success by saying “Your Success is Our One Thing”. The Senior Leadership Team truly cares about everyone, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at ESC is the best I’ve ever worked for. The Training processes are great and really help people to transition into their position when coming on board. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. The Company has an Employees Actives Committee that plans fun events inside and outside the office, donates to charities, and celebrates at the end of the year with a holiday party. I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at Environmental Systems Corporation (ESC). It’s also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. Cons
The culture at ESC does not involve micromanaging. If you need a lot of guidance, it may be difficult since the managers entrust you make the right decisions and judgment calls. It's not to say you will not get help, they respect and value the decisions made to do right by the customers.
