      Small company, better communication across departments ( read people)

      Cons

      Bad management. Snobbish attitude where everything is taken personally, specially at the top management (read very poor people skills). Projects are taken without any know how on implementing them and then it is expected that employees would be able to solve them. No training is given and it is expected that you would learn on the fly at customers expense.

      ESAC Electrical & Systems Advanced Control Inc. is a nightmare to work for. The owner is the biggest problem — arrogant, abusive, and constantly harassing employees both verbally and mentally. There’s zero respect, constant yelling, and impossible expectations. The work environment is toxic, stressful, and completely disorganized. Employees are treated with hostility instead of support, and many leave because of the owner’s behavior. If you value your dignity and mental health, stay far away from this company.
