If your face doesn't fit, you are out. The pay! Doesn't actually apply it's own company values, especially "Say it as you see it!" The CEO is woke. They do not like you talking about pay and actively try to stop you from doing so therefore exacerbating the gender wage gap. No duty of care for employees.
