      Pros

      The contact with HR is always available, They respond in a timely manner. If any of the staff i am working with doesn't know an answer my team will do their best to get me an answer.

      Cons

      My hiring process has been very lengthy. I have to fill out the same documents over and over (either they lose my stuff or they are lazy and can't backtrack email between all 5 of the people I am working with). It gets confusing at times. HR doesn't have all the answers to how my actual position as a CMA will function. So it's a learning process for them and I.

      Pros

      This was a very fun work environment, and I enjoyed my time there. I learned a lot, and was given a lot of trust and responsibility for a mere intern. I would recommend it to anyone who likes books, flowers, and chickens.

      Cons

      All good experiences. I can not think of a single bad experience in my time working for this indie publisher.
