Pros

1. Remote work 2. They can be nice to you if you’ve proven yourself useful. 3. Generous time off

Cons

No bonus though they say there is. No implementation structure. High turnover. Not everyone they hire knows NetSuite. This will be a headache!! You’ll have to baby some people. You have to be willing to work overtime whenever and wherever. No solid metrics for promotion. You have to ALWAYS be on the good side of certain people to experience growth. There are other things but I’d rather not discuss.

Pros

??? I dont remember any pros? Maybe a supportive team lead, yes?

Cons

Bad. Totally Bad. Run. Dont even accept offer. Doesnt matter if you get hired. They’ll terminate you when they feel like it. Upper management is completely self serving. Does not care about people, just profit. Doesnt even honor whats in your contract. So dont bother.

Pros

I cannot think of any pros for this company besides the salary, but that's negated with tons of stress from the management

Cons

- I applied for SuiteCommerce role but all they give is non-SCA related tasks - 95% of your time will be spent on micro managing your managers - 4% of your time is doing the job of Project Managers which is outside of my role's scope - 1% is the actual coding, what I'm supposed to do mostly from the start - Management is trash, no proper on-boarding and all they do is following up on the tasks assigned to you, no offer of help, no assistance, nothing. All they do is nag, that is their only initiative. - They also do not have any project management apps like zendesk even though they will throw huge amounts of tasks at you resulting to more micro management - They'd assign months old task at you when you first join the company and pressure you to completing the task like it's your fault the task wasn't completed yet - Even when you spent hours working hard on investigating a problematic code they'd even reject your time entry because they are "unsure" and said to use the time wisely???? Why is this even a thing
