Right now, I am happy they started covering mental health in the HMO. This comes very handy since if you manage to stick around, you’ll likely need regular visits to a mental health expert to cope.
Cons
The culture has completely deteriorated. What was once described as a family, or at least a team, now feels like a backstabbing reality show where survival is the only objective. Collaboration has been replaced by competition, and credit is hoarded while blame is handed out freely. Management fuels this environment through fear, micromanagement, and favoritism. Morale is dangerously low, and employees are being pushed beyond their limits. It’s no longer a workplace, it’s a pressure cooker.
