      You have to start as a Junior even if you are already senior experience. The salary is on average but is not the best.

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
