Plenty of meetings, so you never run out of calendar invites.
Cons
The recent townhall was poorly handled and felt like management had no clear plan except to dodge difficult questions. They completely dismissed our concerns and even claimed that high attrition and emotional exhaustion do not exist. For me, this was clear proof that they do not care about the team at all.
