      Those few colleagues that know what they are doing

      Cons

      HR totally disaster and a bunch of incompetent people. Totally lack of structure. Only objective money driven by KKR strategy. Little care of quality of work, high drive for quantity and higher cost for clients. Zero training program and possibility to grow professionally.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
