      Pros

      I got to work from home and had little micromanagement of the projects that I worked on. They provide a lot training to assist learning their business and how to track your work and to succeed.

      Cons

      When work is slow, you have to take initiative to get work from other groups. This was challenging at times to get to know other project managers.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
