      Pros

      Good benefits, good environment, you don't have an strict schedule and IR more like work towards objectives of each project you're working on

      Cons

      Some of the PM are really bad at organizing their resources, there's a lot of internal power struggle between them, is hard to grow inside the company if you don't lick some boots

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
