      Some great people work with.

      Cons

      Culture is competitive between consultants, not collaborative. The leadership can be great in some team but terrible in most. They say that their people are their most important asset but they do not look after them at all.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
