      Pros

      As a first job, it was good experience to work here. Especially I might be involved in from a small to a large project.

      Cons

      As an associate consultant, salary is relatively lower compared to an intense workload. I am not sure it will be applied to all ERM offices but in Korea a new experienced workers can get higher salary than the worker who have worked the company for so long regarding the same position.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, flexible work hours, ability to pivot to new disciplines and teams

      Cons

      Employees are getting squeezed by increasingly difficult metrics, with less compensation, less work won because rates are now set so high. Less and less investment in employees through benefits and upskilling. Managers are spread so thin they can’t give time to their team.
