Pros
ERM truly cares about the safety of its employees, so much so that they consider termination if they know that you are using your cell phone while your driving. They also have career development paths so you can know what you have to do in order to get where you want to be in the company.
Cons
Feedback was not as frequent or specific as possible. Started to notice that while there is personal accountability, some "passing the buck" also occurs. Nevertheless, still a great place to work.
