Interestng projects, amazing co-workers, great growth potential for highly motivated people, solid PM and leadership training.
Cons
Invasive global bureaucracy management, work-life balance must be driven by employee otherwise company will take advantage. Pay is lower than market by design with "bonuses" as inticement. Bonuses are minimal until Partner level is achieved. Extreme pressure put on billability and selling more work.
