Pros

Work here if you are desperate for a job. But keep on searching for a better one. Some of the people (particularly Partners) are trapped by their invested monies and some of them are ok. When they do lay-offs I have been told that the good news is the relief of not working there under all the imposed and very realistic pressure is wonderful.

Cons

No respect for human life. That may seem like a strong statement but it is not. I have never witnessed such severe objectification of people - you really could just be a brick in the wall. As an employee you are used, without regard to mind or talent, to plug a hole for the client. Bait and switch abound and you are expected to learn on-the-job by guessing what to do - there is no guidance or training. After years of 80 hour weeks, they won't hesitate to delete you with no consideration for you or your family. They are also dishonest about it - they have trumped up the reasons for deleting people "so they would be less likely to bring legal action against the company".

Pros

Interesting projects, flexible work hours, ability to pivot to new disciplines and teams

Cons

Employees are getting squeezed by increasingly difficult metrics, with less compensation, less work won because rates are now set so high. Less and less investment in employees through benefits and upskilling. Managers are spread so thin they can’t give time to their team.
