Provided a good amount of training and hands-on experience, opportunity to work on complex, sometimes cutting edge investigation work
Cons
Old boys club, required greater than 100% billability but also required non-billable H&S training, top-heavy organization, needlessly stressful managerial style, "bonuses" for working overtime were gift certificates to company store -- overall, bad culture with lots of mistrust between "lower level" employees doing the work and "higher level" managers supervising
