Good place to gain exposure to cool projects, but management is a nightmare - Consulting Senior Associate ERM Employee Review

Pros

The company does offer solid exposure to a wide range of interesting projects and high‑profile clients, which can be valuable early‑career experience. The starting salary is reasonable for fresh graduates, and the flexible working hours give you the freedom to manage your time as long as you deliver results. It’s a place where you can learn quickly because you’re thrown into real work from day one.

Cons

The working environment can feel ruthless, as management prioritises hitting sales targets over developing or retaining staff. You’re often left to figure things out on your own with minimal support, and during peak periods the workload becomes extreme. You’re expected to sacrifice your personal time and push through long hours without any overtime pay or compensatory leave (what in the world?????). The culture leans heavily on squeezing output rather than investing in people, which makes burnout almost inevitable. Don't know why the management refuses to do anything about this though.

Pros

Interesting projects, flexible work hours, ability to pivot to new disciplines and teams

Cons

Employees are getting squeezed by increasingly difficult metrics, with less compensation, less work won because rates are now set so high. Less and less investment in employees through benefits and upskilling. Managers are spread so thin they can’t give time to their team.
