Pros
ERM still lives on brand built years ago, this still attracts some customers and interesting projects.
Cons
Literally everything else. HR is atrociously overpowered, up to the point were key business decisions are made by HR people with literally zero knowledge of the industry. No management - they promote people with high bilables and project management, so up to even the most senior ledearship you won't find any skilled managers or people leaders, just excellent consultants
