Upper management doesn’t see eye to eye. Conflict boils over to mid-management level. Mid-management people are generally incompetent. If you are found to be more skilled, beware as your skills will be taken advantage of without compensation or gratitude. A lot of preaching and not practicing. HR is highly questionable and are quick to poison the fields that are sown.
