Own your own business, the support staff are very diligent and professional.

There used to be an effective acquisition method- target is CFO's- ERA designed clever direct mail, and the consultant would follow up, using an effective script, get meetings and convert those to paying projects. This stopped working in the pandemic, and ERA had not "fixed" this- their strategy is now to encourage networking. I don't know any consultants who think the current acquisition strategy is effective.
