The owners are some of the very best people I have ever been around! The pace is fast & days go quickly in a friendly atmosphere. The business & volume is also quickly growing, which means there are always new projects & clients to keep you challenged.
Cons
Really none - my personal issue is with the direction of company:
I wanted more of the creative work with some traveling & meeting clients, that I was doing at the beginning of our relationship. But the company is moving towards a more automated large quantity production-run based direction with no travel. Good for bottom lines - Bad for creative hungry employees who like to get out of the office.
