My experience at ER Productions was extremely disappointing, particularly in relation to workplace culture, management style, and onboarding support. The environment felt cliquey and closed off, which made it genuinely difficult as a new starter to integrate or feel included. Rather than a collaborative or supportive atmosphere, there was a strong sense of established internal dynamics that were not accessible to new team members. Management and communication styles varied significantly, but overall felt inconsistent and, at times, overly controlling rather than empowering. There was limited trust placed in staff, and a lack of flexibility or understanding around normal working needs such as appointments, time off, or wellbeing. While the company may present itself as a creative and desirable place to work externally, my experience internally did not reflect a healthy or supportive working environment. I would not recommend it to others seeking a positive or professional workplace culture.

- ER is an action packed place to work (it's a full-on customer and project delivery work environment). - ER is constantly pushing boundaries (e.g. customer projects, R&D, business expansion etc). - In my first two years the business has doubled in size and plans to do that again in the next 3 years! - Views of the Thames from our offices are quite simply stunning. - The Summer and Xmas parties are awesome!

Not too many - if you don't like to be busy it's probably not for you.
