Pros
None. The people are very bland for a start-up. Benefits were horrible. Pay was bad. Management was very suspicious and would have secret meetings.
Cons
Leadership is horrible. Too many are leaving or getting let go. Invest in all of your employees not just your favorites. Technology stack is terrible. Everyone seems overworked and the morale is low. Their competitors seem to be doing a better job.
