-The upper management at this company is deeply narcissistic, which makes for a toxic work environment. -Despite preaching values such as transparency and open communication, they are quick to take offense at any criticism and are not open to feedback or constructive criticism. The company is very old-school and resistant to change, making it difficult for employees to innovate or implement new ideas. -There is a disconnect between the company's stated values and the behavior of its upper management, which undermines employee trust and engagement. -Overall, this company is not a healthy or productive place to work, and employees would be better served by finding a workplace with more positive leadership and a culture that values collaboration and growth.

Pros

Mon expérience s’est déroulée au sein de Digipharmacie (filiale du groupe Equasens), sur un poste de Customer Success Manager. Une structure à taille humaine, mais soutenue par un grand groupe, ce qui offre un bon équilibre entre autonomie et stabilité Ambiance de travail agréable et bienveillante, management présent au début, missions variées qui permettent d’apprendre rapidement et de développer son autonomie. L’équipe reste disponible et l’environnement est sain. A noter que le télétravail n'était pas du tout la politique d'entreprise.

Cons

Le rythme devenait assez redondant sur la fin et les perspectives d’évolution sont limitées, probablement liées à la taille de la structure. Le management, très impliqué au départ, s’est un peu effacé avec le temps.
