Poor sales competency, poor sales wasted the company.

I am amazed how open the entire team, including the founders is to inputs from an intern. This is a place where your employer actually cares about your growth both professionally and personally. There is diversity in tasks thus work never gets monotonous. The entire team is incredibly supportive and ready to help out whenever they can. Extremely transparent work environment and a really healthy work culture. I was directly reporting to Mohit(CEO). As a 21 year old with zero experience dealing with such a senior professional, I have never felt patronized and am listened to with great enthusiasm each time and my inputs are actually considered. This place has contributed tremendously to my growth and I am ever thankful for that!

Nothing that would be a deal breaker. The usual hiccups any new start-up is bound to face.
