-Salary without fail. -Work-life balance -Friendly environment -Conducts events such as family event, Xmas event, Sports event -Very good teams to work with. And helpful /skilled colleagues.
Cons
-Appraisals are 'not always' according to your hard work. -Internal politics and micromanagement -Not distributing work equally. Those who flatter get more career growth/salary hikes and those who work efficiently get nothing. -Have a habit of not honoring its promises, make all fake promises by management. -90 days strict notice period. No negotiations at all even if there is no dependency on you. -Invisible HR team. They should understand that they are the voice of employees. -Transparency is just a myth here.
