No onboarding structure for new employees; management will turn on employees (even though managers are hardly in the office) and HR will make it seem they really care about employees and have the employee's best interest in hand, but when an employee actually needs help that is not the case; "sabotage" is how I would frame it. Very little manager feedback is provided, leading to constant uncertainty re: job direction or work quality. Managers want to get jobs out the door as soon as possible by doing the bare minimum, with no attention given to quality of work (non-existent standard operating procedures). Another male-dominated management team, no diversity overall.
