Pros

A few great hardworking people work there and I wish them the best. Other than that, unfortunately, no pros.

Cons

Poor management. Poor training. Poor attitudes. Poor pay. If you dig around a little online you can find horrible reviews for the owner's other companies. That should tell you something.

Pros

I started working at EPR right after I graduated college in 2020 during the pandemic. I appreciated the amount of care and thought the team had for each employee. They followed every CDC guideline and made sure we knew our health was a priority. There was more than enough flexibility when it came to working remote or in office. As restrictions lifted, we were still given the option to work remote. After parting with them about a year later, I have looked back and appreciated all that the company had to offer during such a difficult time. Even though I came to realize agency recruiting isn't for me, it did help me realize that I really enjoyed helping individuals which is why I'm now an internal recruiter.

Cons

I don't have a con other than it being an agency and not internal recruiting. That's nothing negative against them, just a personal preference.
