Pros
Leadership team is very intelligent, hard working, and responsive. Pay is great. Company culture is the best I've ever experienced. Work from home Fridays. Professional development is not only expected and encouraged, but time is set aside weekly to discuss new ideas with management.
Cons
Somewhat steep learning curve when you first start. Realtors will tell you "no" a lot more than they'll tell you "yes", which can be hard to get used to. Building up your contact list can take a few months.
