      Pros

      The variety of jobs we work on is great, always something new to learn. The work life balance and work from home policy is great. Working to standardize processes. And a great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Some growing pains in moving to more standard practices but we are learning. meetings take up a lot of time and slow things down sometimes.

      Lots of ownership. Lots of ownership over the SWE lifecycle, and I mean everything from CI/CD to Dev to Design and gathering alignment.

      Cons

      Things move slow but deadlines are fast. Lots of badgering needed.
