Pros
At EPIC, the company sincerely believes their employees are their greatest asset as well as a major key to the success of the company. Time with your family is considered a must-have as well, so EPIC's is very flexible and respectful of time spent outside the company. EPIC's management also has a great grasp on their goals as an organization and are invested in efficient execution and evaluation in their strategies throughout divisions and departments. There is transparency and we all work for a common goal - success of the company. We all know we take part on those successes as well.
Cons
None so far. As with many other professionals, they tend to compare previous jobs with their current. So far, I do not have a previous job experience that matches the values and missions within EPIC. There are no bureaucratic walls to hurdle over and no hierarchy - the organization is very flat and every employee is responsible and empowered towards their own success.
