      Multiple departments you're able to transfer to when you get burnt out, and you will.

      Cons

      Poor training, high turn over, no growth opportunities. There's no pay increase structure.

      Pros

      The radiologists, management and employees are wonderful to work with. The pay and benefits are competitive. Flexible and understanding employees. Very much a second family.

      Cons

      My job was phased out due to technology advancement in voice recognition software. After 11 years working there it has been very hard to find a replacement to a job I thought I would retire from.
