The wear and tear on my car

If you're part of the clique, probably not a bad place.

I could write a book about what’s wrong here but I’ll keep it brief. There’s zero structure when it comes to chain of command and policies and procedures. Things change daily it seems and often for no reason. If you work here prepare yourself for the tribalism and favorites that are part of day to day operations. Also prepare to find that a good majority of people working here are related to management. Unethical and sketchy things are also part of the job. Finally, expect little or no communication from management on what to do or what new policy changes there are. Each department doesn’t communicate with the others so any small and easy task becomes immensely more difficult.
