Pros

NONE! Maybe the pizza, on a good day.

Cons

This is the most toxic employer that I have ever worked for. Most are incompetent and go around the office swearing and screaming when they don't get their way. They preach about their culture and how good it is all over social media, yet it's the complete opposite! They are frauds! They fire people for no reason at all...when, in truth, it's all because of their lack in leadership. They have zero training for new hires and then expect you to instantly know how to do the job. If the job isn't completed perfectly, they fire you instead of training you on the proper ways to do it. People should really think twice about doing business or investing with Epic Companies. The money they are investing is not going towards what they have been advised they invested in. It's getting moved around from project to project as they do not have enough capital raised to finish. There is not a HR Representative due to Todd Berning screaming and firing the one person that they did have. Employees have no where to turn to bring these issues to as there is no HR team available. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

Pros

Everyone is very accepting and friendly right away. Pay is good and benefits are there.

Cons

Once you get settled in you will notice the lack of organization and direction there. Everyone is trying to do 15 different things at once and there are no processes in place, no direction if you are doing something wrong or right, and little communication between departments because everyone is too busy. A lot of projects get put on the back burner or drop off until it’s crunch time and they need to be pushed to the front of the pile quickly. It seems all higher ups have problems making decisions, or are too busy to relay their decisions to the little people or the “doers” of the company. There is also a lack of transparency in leadership and higher ups. A lot of the time I felt like an outcast or not a part of the “in-crowd” in the company. It felt like I was in high school again, with the exclusion, secrets and hearing things through the grape vine. When I first started it seemed very inclusive, dynamics slowly started to shift and I could pick up on instances where they were not “practicing what they preach” so to speak, whether it was culture, employee morale or volunteering hours. It’s sad because this could be a great company to work for, doing a lot of cool things, but in the end they run the company how they want to, if you speak opinions or try to voice concerns you will be let go.
