      Pros

      Had some great mentorship, and enjoyed forming relationships with some great people.

      Cons

      The owner does not know how to run a corporation. He promotes only "yes" people that are way too afraid to go against him, and they never listen to valid concerns from employees. The owner holds these propaganda style speeches where he is saying everyone is family, and then fires half the company the next day. He has a really big ego, and never can admit he is wrong, which has cause a lot of bridges to be burnt with clients. The company has 4 main core values, but they are all ignored by upper management.

      Owner is the worst Schedules are unrealistic and require hours and hours of extra time that goes without any appreciation. Micromanaged constantly Owner has his nose in everything and doesn’t let anybody do their jobs. You are required to do everything his way even though it’s wrong most of the time. He talks to his employees like he owns them. Company tries to implement a good culture but fails horribly.
