      A paycheck, great Benefit's, good PTO

      Cons

      Unresponsive management, owner never there, pay is the lowest in the industry, if sales take a downturn for any reason, you are let go. no Christmas bonus at all.

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible, they don’t care about their employees, favoritism is definitely an issue, HR does nothing to help with being mistreated. You are just an another employee that can be easily replaced.
