      No real growth Any slight dip in someone else’s performance it becomes everyone’s problems Very little camaraderie from upper management Possible unwritten expectation of afterhour coverage

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible, they don’t care about their employees, favoritism is definitely an issue, HR does nothing to help with being mistreated. You are just an another employee that can be easily replaced.
