Pros

Very strong and competent team during my time of employment (2010-2011). EPC Group seemed to be able to sell services to high profile clients. Wide variaty of work experience from document writing to technical support.

Cons

I experienced the same issue with final payment as some of the other posters on this site. Proper management and structure was non-existent. I was payed once a month, and my salary was typically late. Travel was a little hard as expected with a consulting company.

As the public can read, to post on Glassdoor the standards that ensure these statements come from a true employee at any organization do not exist, they simply require any email address, any name you want to put & a confirmation email. We have requested various times for you to contact us & you have not done so. No confirmations are executed at Glassdoor on "employee reviews," furthering how false this & your repeated prior claims are. EPC Group has not experienced financial difficulties at all, nor lost a team member during the time period listed. In fact, EPC Group is growing at rapid rate, recently celebrated our 14th year anniversary, additional office expansions & maintain 100% team member retention. Again we invite you to contact us.

Pros

There is a focus on cutting edge technologies and doing a lot of work around Microsoft's AI stack and Power BI with CoPilot as well as Fabric. I am able to work on some really fun projects with smart people and business intelligence is a passion and the company cares about its employees. Its nice to have team members who are experts in others Microsoft disiplines I can pull into meetings as I need to and the company is growing. I really feel the management cares. The focus as been to bring in and foster more of the mid-level and senior developers which I think has rubbed some people the wrong way and team members who don't want to learn new technologies or AI have been let go so I am read some negative reviews but I know the story behind them. I am very happy working here.

Cons

Can be long hours and there are some challenging projects as the company is really focusing on building out our AI practice areas and rolling AI strategies into all of our Microsoft practice areas. It can be challenging to take the certifications and training courses the company offers but requires us to take to be a little monotonous. I think a company outing or event with all of the different offices is long overdue as its been about 2 years+ with COVID and that would be a nice thing to do.

Pros

It is a Microsoft Gold Partner that ensures the guarantee of professional expert support at the highest level. They also go through annual reviews by Microsoft.

Cons

The work hours were brutally long and terribly exhausting. The leadership was unskilled and incompetent. The ridiculous mistakes created more problems than they solved, making it a constant struggle to handle insane chaos. I quit when my patience ended.
