Thanks for leaving us a 5-star review! We appreciate your years of work with us. It makes our day to see EPAMers taking advantage of our numerous opportunities and resources for education and professional development. Employees without current project assignments are still eligible for employee benefits. This time can be crucial for your development as an EPAMer. Employees should use this time with no current project assignments to get feedback from their peers, update their profile, take learning assessments and look for their next opportunity on an EPAM project. If you are unhappy with your situation, we encourage you to create a development plan with your manager. If you have additional feedback about the structure of work at EPAM, we would appreciate hearing it at Glassdoor@epam.com.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
