      The company has many projects you can participate in. There are plenty of courses and internal training sessions, both for technical skills and soft skills.

      Cons

      Sometimes non-prod activities are valued more than work on the project.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
