      Low salaries, no bonuses, no stocks A company that doesn’t give its employees raises, citing the need to complete one meaningless course after another. Because the criteria for promotion used to be different, management doesn’t always meet the requirements

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
