      Pros

      EPAM values its employees and provides them with a lot of resources, internal training, and up-skilling programs so their employees can grow in their careers.

      Cons

      The company's assessment process is not the best. They usually do not consider your current clients and activities, and for you to grow further, sometimes you will have to understand things you do not deal with or never dealt with just because that is something they consider necessary for a person going from senior to lead for example.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
