      I personally think that EPAM has developed itself into one of the most interesting companies for IT professionals to work for. Processes, projects, locations, learning culture, after work-life (if you are willing to contribute and participate),

      Cons

      Too big to be quick in decisions Have to be persistent to achieve something (should not be considered as cons, but, in my opinion, to get a career boost in smaller companies a lot earlier)

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
