      Lots of smart people and tons of great technology.

      Cons

      Top leadership has vision, but has lost control of the organization with by far the best silo building I have ever seen anywhere. Duplication of effort and internal competition are ideal for an MBA case study.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
