Thanks for sharing your experience! As a global organization, relocation is essential to EPAM's foundation, and we relocate many employees worldwide. Employees with no current project assignment are considered to be on the bench. We hope you understand that while on the bench, you are still eligible for employee benefits. This time during your employment is crucial for your development as an EPAMer. Employees should use this time to get feedback from their peers, update their profile, take learning assessments and look for their next opportunity on an EPAM project. Best of luck to you in the rest of your career.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
