If you want to: 1. So that your conflicts with the manager are resolved by "his word is higher than yours" 2. Colleagues denounced you for drinking a lot of coffee and the manager gave you a dressing for it. 3. Agreements with managers and team leaders were broken with one word "we expected you to do as we want" 4. You were paid lower than the market 5. You were not enrolled in English courses because your manager decided so. 6. Your development as a specialist was not dealt with 7. Take a deep breath when you leave here Then Epam is your choice.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
