      Pros

      Last 10 years I have been working for EPAM Systems in 3 countries (Hungary, UK and Netherlands) working for clients in several countries/continents. My roles: - lead software engineer: 2013 - 2018 - solution architect: 2018 - 2023 I recommend this company for multiple reasons: - professional development (both hard/technical and soft skills) - well established carrier path alternatives - excellent internal trainings - earn certificates every year - the solution architect discipline (among others) is really at the top - internal communities for specializations - work with top engineers - internal mobility - find project from many/any business domains without leaving EPAM - internatianal & engineering atmosphere

      Cons

      - there are only few internal projects (yet)

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
