Pros
I started my career over 8 years ago. Was a technical support engineer, then a team lead, after that I became a project manager. Company help my family to relocate to Germany.
So the main pros is - EPAM will always support you to grow if you want it. This process is well define and it is easy to follow it.
Other pros:
- good equipment and internal services
- friendly atmosphere (really friendly!)
- a great amount of different projects (from, in a good sense of the word, routine to very driving and challenging startups) with different technology stack
- you must not to work at one project till the end, you can change it after approving this action with manager
- a lot of internal courses
- benefits from the company (differs from country to country)
Cons
Only one - not the highest salaries at the market (but it is fully compensated by pros, that I described earlier)
