      Pros

      EPAM is a great company where you can grow both intellectually and in your career path, they have their employees as the center because in the end they are their most valuable assets and the core of their business. They have great tools to boost continuous learning such as internal learning platform, mentoring, communities, etc. In addition they have big customers requiring the best of the best.

      Cons

      Sometimes it takes a good number of interviews to get a position within.a client while being in bench. Also, it is not easy to progress in your career path unless you put some time into learning all the parts of the process.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
